If you do struggle with feeling tired throughout the day, I highly recommend you try out this tip! This has helped me a ton when I had to wake up early for work and only got 2-3 hours of sleep.
Wear Your Favourite Perfume
This trick has seriously helped me set the tone for the rest of my day. Especially if you’re working from home or doing school online, wearing a fragrance will help you get into the mindset of being productive. Pick one scent and stick to it to easily remind your brain you need to be productive.
Plan a Yummy Breakfast
Try preparing the meal the night before to get those extra minutes of sleep or gather the ingredients together. If you don’t like breakfast, have one anyway because you’ll feel more alert… trust me!
